12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beijing Qindeli Hongrun Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

22. App-Specific Terms

22.1 Environmental Data Disclaimer

Data provided through our environmental monitoring applications is for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of environmental data. Critical environmental decisions should not be based solely on app-provided data.

22.2 Device Compatibility

Our mobile applications require compatible devices and operating systems. We do not guarantee that the applications will be compatible with all devices. Minimum requirements may vary by application.

22.3 Data Usage

Using our mobile applications may consume data. You are responsible for any data charges incurred while using our apps. We recommend using Wi-Fi when available.

22.4 Push Notifications
